Sweded Films
Soo I was thinking of making some sweded videos this summer.
I've bought an HD video camera (Flip Mino 8GB) especially for the task, and I'm currently looking at my empty drawing board;
First off, does anyone have any experience or insight into the world of Sweding? Like any tips?
Secondly, can anyone think of a movie that would be particularly great to swede - and why?
And lastly, I'm guessing I might well need some actors - if you're in and around the Stoke area then I'd love for you to get involved and Swede with me =]

Re: Sweded Films
I'm in, like the sound of it and only 15 mins away from Stoke.
We could do Be Kind Rewind, the reasons should be obvious.

My personal preference at the moment Is definitely Jumanji, I just love the Idea of it!
The first step is watching the original and making extensive notes on the scenes I will need to include. The stampede Is gonna be the shizzle

Ahh yes. Can definitely see that working.
Assault on Precinct 13 (the original) may be a laugh. It was made on a low budget with few sets and filmed very basically anyway so it wouldn't be too hard.
The Girl Next Door, that could be very interesting...

I'm really excited about this, I just need to find a good day and really put effort into locations, props, costumes etc. I don't mind spending money on it if it'll be the kind of thing I can be proud of.
I would love to remake films as they come out too, like a week after I see them I can release a swede. That would be SO much work, but so much fun.
